SENSORY DELIGHTS OF SOUTH ASIA workshop. This is a project between CommonGround&, a platform for South Asian creative arts, and Royal Museums Greenwich, supported by The Dementia Experience CIC, aimed to deliver creative craft workshops for people within the South Asian community to inspire connection, creativity and storytelling.
A talk by Public Health on stress, its impact on our health and what we can do to manage it.
