Gal Baat - June

Gal Baat (chit-chat) is our monthly social event. We do a range of activities, games and talks, so it’s the perfect chance to try something new and connect with others. A vegetarian lunch is provided!

We’ll begin with an activity focused on your happiest memories, followed by an informative talk on keeping your gut healthy.

To take part, please bring along a photo or object that holds a positive memory for you. On the day, we’d like to hear the story behind your item. It can be anything at all!
